Fun and educational!
The media could not be loaded. My 19 mo old son loves this toy! He has played with it everyday since he received it. It helps with a lot of different skills like dexterity, colors, animal recognition, pretend play, and so much more. Plus it just brings him joy. It’s very easy to put together and take apart and I know my son will have fun doing that when he’s a little older. The colors are vibrant and the animals are cute. The only thing you need to do is check each toy animal before you give it to your child. Some of them have small rubber pieces where the finger hole is cut out on the bottom to use the animals as finger puppets that just didn’t quite fall out and is stuck in the hole. I included a picture of it. You’ll just need to check the toy as it’s a choking hazard for sure. Out of all ten animals, only one had the extra piece I needed to remove.

Useful and fun
The cutest toys for your little one and the idea that they can also be worn as finger puppets stole my heart. However, when the animals are in their little train carts there is nothing to keep them in place of secure them inside which makes them kind of difficult to store. The item mad eno sound and was not electronic at all but was still fun to build and teach vital skills. Overall definitely worth the money given the quality of the animals and train but could be better in some areas.

speech therapist recommended!
As a pediatric speech therapist, this is one of my favorite toys to use when targeting global language skills! It’s great for modeling environmental sounds, spatial concepts, color sorting, animal sounds, functional 2-3 word phrases, counting, and so much more. Many of my EI kids love trains, so this is a major plus! I love the Learning Resources present boxes with figurines inside, however, I find this to be more favorable as you can put the animals on your fingers and intrigue kiddos with the train. I definitely recommend buying it, I use it in majority of my EI sessions!

Not worth the money
So should’ve taken reviews a little more seriously. Cute toy, but lots of drawbacks. Pros – very colorful and cute little animals. Cons – definitely not easy for a toddler to put together. Each little train compartment roof goes on better one way than the other but it’s trial and error to figure it out and even then they’re not easy to snap on. The engine and three individual train cars are very hard to snap together and for as hard as they are to attach they fall apart way too easy. Basically you have four train cars, an engine compartment, nine numbered little compartments (not sure why there’s nine since most people count to 10 when they’re learning their numbers🙄) with detachable roofs and animals in each one. So you have approximately 35 pieces of plastic that won’t stay together all over the floor. Our three year-old has figured it out and occasionally enjoys it but he finds it frustrating because it falls apart and will not stay together. Definitely not worth the money.Update. The more I play with this toy, the more angry it makes me.
