Needed this to dry clothes indoors to avoid damp smells which seems to be a problem in wet British weather. Using the clothes drying function, all towels are crisp overnight! Works well. It is a good size as not too large so can fit close to the clothes drying rack. Absorbs moisture well without being overly noisy (quiet background hum which I can sleep to do doubles as a white noise machine hah!). Easy enough to empty. Easy to use the various functions, just requires pressing a couple of buttons until the relevant function is selected. can adjust moisture absorbance strength using up and down arrows.

I truly wish I had purchased this sooner. Having had this for a month it has certainly made a difference. The unit functions well and takes care of humidity very well and quickly. It makes the house feel warmer as it has extracted the cold damp air. I use this in my kitchen which also has the bathroom just off the side. My only gripe with it is that when the unit is turned off using the power button on top, it just immediately come back on if touched accidentally. I have found that turning it off at the wall for 10 seconds sorts this. A minor but frustrating inconvenience. Secondly I mistook the filter meaning. It has a mesh filter on the back of the unit. I thought and hoped that it had a particle filter as such. Admittedly this was my misunderstanding. Other than that I am glad I purchased the 20ltr unit.

Easy to use, including emptying. Very quiet operating mode.Using it mainly to dry washing indoors. Very effective.(Warmer room where it's situated).

We live in a 19th century farmhouse, which means it has damp. We have issues with condensation damp which has built up on internal walls.This little machine is fantastic. Quiet, super efficient, well built. Initially pulled many litres out of the air, and has helped significantly to the walls drying out, along with measures to improve airflow in the house. I recommend it unreservedly. Simple, easy to use and effective.

I live in a 1932 4 bedroom bungalow with solid stone walls that always suffers from damp. We had an old 15 year old dehumidifier that developed a leak. Decider to get new one and after reading reviews decided to purchase this Honeywell one mainly because I know Honeywell is a great brand. I looked at the extraction rate and capacity before getting this version It lacks some of the features of the bigger model, but I think it’s better value for money, and for me it adequately meets my needs. It’s very easy to use. If I put it in my lounge (30’ x 18’) it takes humidity down from 65% to <52% in about 30min then holing 50-53 with system just cutting in for a few minutes. Controls are easy to use and clear.Unit is light and easy to move around either on castors or with carry handle. Water tank is simple to empty, but take care when refitting as needs to be aligned before pushing back in place.

Very good and easy to set up. Comfort mode is the easiest to use as humidity level is adjustable. Not sure if the clothes drying programme is that great, used it only once and it took 6-8 hrs with clothes on a rack. Overall a great product. Not very noisy, sounds more like a table fan

I looked at a lot of dehumidifiers before picking this one. Manoeuvrability was important and so was ease of emptying- it’s wheel-y easy to move and not that heavy. I can put out a load of laundry over a couple of airers and run it for a few hours and the washing will be much drier than if I just left it and no more wet windows which in a draughty old house is super important to me.I was initially worried I’d need to constantly empty the tank but this has not been the case. I can usually wait until the washing is pretty much dry.
