Everything they claim to be
These sanding discs are all they claim to be. Excellent sanding results with little if any swirls that have required hand sanding with other discs. Recommended.

Did Not Match the Hype
I had read about these new 3M sanding screens, the advertised new design of the sanding surface and the premium quality of the grits supposedly used in manufacturing. My experience with the product working on even soft wood was terribly disappointing. The grit did not last, like at all, over rounded wooden corners or edges. The 220 grit paper I purchased worked well enough on flat surfaces, but standard aluminum oxide papers last far longer. I tried to sand 2 small child chairs (new construction) and the 3M disks shreded themselves. I stoped using the disks after I blew through the second one. I will not be a repeat buyer, expecially at this cost.
