So just got to start off by saying Amazing.Got this for my woman, in pink, from getting chairs like this before did not expect too much for the price, but it looked nice, once it got here and I put it together, I regretted getting it in pink, I'm not joking when I say if I had known how nice it is I would have so kept it for myself and given her my old chair, down sides to getting it for a woman in pink.Putting it together is really easy, comes with all the bolts needed sectioned off and marked what is what and comes with the tool you need the assemble it, not even one them cheap standard tools, got a handle for good grip so you don’t round off the heads or struggle with it.The Fabric is very good quality, feels soft but tough, looks like it will last a nice long time, have had some seats before that just fell apart within few weeks.The Big Comfy seat, I mean comfy, this seating area is so nice to sit in, it has springs inside that you can feel the bounce when sitting down, with very soft padding hugging the buttock very well, unlike others I have had before after some time you start to feel the padding flatten out and the wood board under the padding starts to be what your sitting on, with this spring system and wonderful padding this will so not be a problem, this is when after sitting in it for the first time I was like, I so want this you can have my old one, but its pink, from her own words, she loves it, her bum bum don’t go num num.Back rest is just as comfy, with a strange tilt back system, used to just the back moving, but with this seat it seems to like all move, the arms move with the back, making it possible to position yourself just right to match your comfy seating zone.Feet and wheels very sturdy, materials the legs are made of very strong and feel very well made, not light like some of them thinner feet.Overall, I am massively impressed with this chair, for the price I was expecting basic cheap materials, with big hyped up adverts that make it seem great but once you get it not even close to being as nice, but I was totally wrong, this chair is great, amazing value for money, built with quality, and can see this lasting very long to come, still mad with myself I got it in pink, now have to buy myself one once I get paid.

Great chair and easy to put together. There are some great examples of how to put together on YouTube and I would recommend you watch and follow whilst putting it together. The only thing I found I did not have enough strength to do (as a female, but not a particularly feeble one) was to snap the wheels into the legs. That did take some brute force. The chair is nicely padded and the supports are in the right place for me. I find I do not use the footrest and it stays underneath permanently. It does have t be tightened up every couple of months and a few screws work loose, particularly on the arm rests. It is comfortable to work in all day, is nicely adjustable for different heights. My husband who has a bad back also finds it a comfortable chair to sit in. It is good value for the comfort and look of the chair. Better than a lot I have tried which are more expensive.

Bought as I work from home 4 days a week and I wanted a better quality and comfortable chair.Easy to put together and the construction is solid. The seat and back are well padded and so far, is very comfortable when sat on it for up to 8hrs at a time.The chair comes with a couple of pillows, neck and lower back. The neck pillow is useful for me as I'm 6ft, however the lower back pillow doesn't work for me and does come with straps that run the full height of the chair.Only downside so far is the arms coming lose over time and use, easy to tighten back up when needed.

Great chair and so comfy! Highly recommend this product to anyone who games or works from home. It’s quiet and the pull out foot/leg rest is a great bonus. The back support and neck support can be adjusted when ever needed to suit how you need to sit. Great value for money!

It’s genuinely a comfy chair, and easy to assemble (about an hour for one person from opening box till end) but there’s a few issues I have with it.1) the instructions clearly refer to another model as some parts are different (less screws needed, still easy to put together tho so not an major issues with that2) the connection from the bottom of the seat to the wheels has a missing part that is clearly needed (hole in actual chair for screws but nothing to connect to and this missing part causes the seat to tilt, makes the foot rest completely useless as it just tilts the chair due to lack of balance and stabilisation
